Stranger Things Season 5 New Image Goes Behind-The-Scenes With Maya Hawke and Joe Keery

After Netflix delivered an exciting announcement about Stranger Things Season 5 officially starting production, the streamer yet again teased fans with a behind-the-scenes look at the show’s two fan-favorite characters.

The announcement of Season 5 commencing production excited fans, especially considering the final season was supposed to begin filming last year. However, due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes at the time, filming was delayed for almost a year.

The American horror drama debuted to rave reviews and has broken several records, becoming one of Netflix’s most watched series. And now, with Season 5 already starting its production, it marks the end of an era in the fictional town of Hawkins.

Who else is returning for Stranger Things Season 5?

Besides Hawke and Keery reprising their Robin Buckley and Steve Harrington roles, a few familiar faces will also return for Season 5. This includes Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Sadie Sink as Max Mayfield, Priah Ferguson as Erica Sinclair, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, and David Harbour as Jim Hopper, among others.

Stranger Things is created by Matt and Ross Duffer. The duo also serves as showrunners. Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, and Iain Patterson, meanwhile, serve as executive producers.

All four seasons of Stranger Things are available for streaming on Netflix.
